COBRA, short for the Combined Old Boys Rugby Association, is a Malaysian rugby club that was established on 8 June 1967 under the Registrar of Societies.

Back then, COBRA comprised mostly of local rugby players from various schools and universities across Malaysia who wanted a home that they could call their own. At that time, Malaysian rugby clubs were formed by state Rugby Unions (RUs), sports clubs or the armed forces of expatriate origins.
